What I Learned About Clients While In Prison
Prison is an environment that will remain unexperienced by most people (fortunately). In my time working behind the walls, I found some very ‘interesting’ personality traits in those I worked with. In this presentation, we’ll look at those traits to perhaps find a little better way of working with our clients….whether they’ve done time or not.

The Underside of the Mushroom
Through my hobby of photography, I’ve learned a few things. Perhaps the biggest of these is the ability to find different perspectives of the same subject. In looking at some of my photos, we will explore different ways to see things from different perspectives. Taking it to the next level, we’ll look at how we can apply these ideas to different people and situations. Beyond just empathy, we will learn to see things in different and perhaps better ways.
